Email goes to the developer. There is no ticket system and no support tier.
A route looks wrong
Send the share link. It reopens the exact request: course, boat, model and departure window. That is usually enough to reproduce it without any further back and forth.
A certificate is missing
Give the sail number and the issuing authority. ORC data is refreshed periodically and a recently issued certificate may not have been pulled yet. Pasting a polar table works in the meantime.
A forecast model is misbehaving
Name the model and the cycle. NOAA and ECMWF both have outages, and knowing which cycle you hit makes it quick to check whether the data upstream was bad or the decode was.
Plans and access
Accounts exist, but paid plans are not on sale yet. Ask if you want to know when they open, or if you need access for a programme before then.
