Annual Pro

Full refund within 14 days of purchase or renewal, for any reason, used or not. Email and it goes back to the original payment method.

After 14 days the year is not refundable. You can still cancel at any time and keep Pro until the period you paid for ends. Cancelling stops the next renewal rather than cutting you off mid-season.

Renewals are charged automatically. You will get an email before each renewal, in time to cancel if you no longer want it.

Credit packs

Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Credits already spent on prepared forecasts are not, because that work was done and the data fetched.

Credits expire twelve months after purchase. If a pack is about to expire unused, ask before it does.

When something is broken

Credits spent on preparations that failed get restored. If a paid feature was unavailable for a meaningful stretch, the plan gets extended. Neither counts against the 14-day windows above, because neither is a refund request.

Statutory rights

Nothing here reduces rights you have under consumer law where you live. If your local law gives you a longer cancellation period or a stronger remedy than this page describes, that law applies.

How to ask

Email, from the address on the account, saying what you bought. Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method and typically appear within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
